During the interview process we will gladly introduce a prospective employee to the area, providing general information by giving a "Jones Tour", which includes historical sites, schools, shopping, recreational facilities, cultural venues, religious institutions and an overview of the housing market. Once a decision is made, we then work to make the transition a smooth one. We give the tools necessary to research the housing market from their home and, if appropriate, we will have a REALTOR in their area meet with them to inform them of current market conditions and to determine a value of the house they are selling.

Once they return to the area they may have only a few days to purchase their new home. Our agents work diligently to be sure they find the home they want. Our relocation department also assists…..in arranging financing, coordinating actions and attending to details of the home purchase while the transferee is out of the area, and arranging closing details for the date of purchase.
